Permanent/continuing, full-time appointment Level 6/7: $88,865 - $110,039 + 17% superannuation UOW Student Residence is looking for an experienced professional with both local real estate/property management experience and a passion for customer service.
The Student Housing Support Coordinator works closely with students to provide advice and support on private accommodation options, navigating the rental market and ensuring a smooth transition into their new accommodation. The position also manages the UOW Study Stays platform which connects students with prospective landlords who have rooms or properties available.
The role coordinates emergency housing to support students referred by UOW Support Services and assists in managing the UOW Airport Pickup service. The role is co-located between Student Residence and the Student Support and Wellbeing teams.
The ability to build a network of referrals and relationships with local agents and accommodation providers will be critical to the position.
