CREST Education invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Student Future Advisor commencing at the start of Term 1 – 2025.
What we're looking for: Counselling or careers advising experience, preferably in a youth or educational setting. High level communication skills (written and verbal). High levels of initiative and innovation. Passionate about helping young people to realise their God-given potential. Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize work. A commitment to ongoing learning to stay on top of the changing world of learning and work. Preferred but not essential: Previous experience in a school careers department. Experience with work experience program facilitation and delivery. Certificate IV or Graduate Certificate in Career Education and Development.
