THE ROLE We are on the hunt for an energetic, passionate, and inspiring Student Experience (Events) Manager with either a community or events background to join a team of successful legends. The Student Experience (Events) Manager has primary responsibility for delivering and executing the Scape Student Experience Program, tasked with delivering a diverse range of innovative events and experiences tailored to enrich the lives of our student residents. This role involves designing and delivering initiatives to foster a vibrant community atmosphere and facilitate connections among our student residents within Scape.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are seeking a passionate and motivated Student Experience (Events) Manager with big ideas and a drive for success. You will have the following skills, attributes, and experiences:
Degree qualified and at least 2 years' experience in an event management role.Demonstrated affinity with students and young adults.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.Leadership and supervisory experience and skills.Exceptional customer service skills, including conflict resolution.Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.A focus on service and quality with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize a range of tasks.Please note: The successful candidate must be willing to undertake a National Police Check and a Working with Children check.PERKS & BENEFITS At Scape, we are all about creating and sharing the good vibes.
