If you enjoy making meaningful connections across different cohorts of students, being creative and thinking outside the box, this role is for you!Key responsibilities will include:Collaboratively develop processes and guidelines for engagement with identified student cohorts in the Faculty.Plan and implement events to promote student engagement activities across the Faculty.Implement recruitment processes for student participation in engagement activities scaled across the Faculty.Assist in the development and coordination of peer mentoring, volunteer, and leadership initiatives in collaboration with the relevant Faculty and School Staff.Ensure uptake of, and provide support for, enterprise systems such as Chronus and Student Hub across all schools within the Faculty.Coordinate orientation events for commencing students.Monitor and report on student engagement activities across the Faculty.About YouCompletion of a relevant undergraduate degree with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.Proven analytical, planning, organisational and project management skills.Proven high level written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to compile information and write reports for a variety of audiences.Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to communicate and network with a wide range of internal stakeholders, to develop and support relationships and work effectively with a diverse range of project stakeholders.High level of computer literacy, including ability to extract and manipulate data and information using multiple databases and software packages.Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team to achieve identified goals.Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and meet competing deadlines.Mandatory requirements: You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply (visa sponsorship is not available for this appointment).
