THE ROLE

Would you be described as a leader with big ideas and a drive for success?

Scape are seeking a Student Events Manager, responsible for delivering and executing the Scape Student Experience Program.
You will deliver a diverse range of innovative events and experiences tailored to enrich the lives of our student residents.
You will take the lead in the design and delivery of a variety of diverse initiatives and facilitate connections among our student residents to ensure their time at Scape is unforgettable.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will have a background in a community or events background, you're passionate and motivated with big ideas and a drive for success.

You will have the following skills, attributes, and experiences:
Degree qualified and at least 2 years' experience in an event management role.
Demonstrated affinity with students and young adults.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
Leadership and supervisory experience and skills.
Exceptional customer service including conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise a range of tasks.
Please note: The successful candidate must be willing to undertake a National Police Check and a Working with Children check.
