If so, we are seeking a Student Engagement Support Officer to join our Student Engagement team.
In this role, you will provide essential support to student engagement and orientation activities, helping to create a welcoming environment for new students across multiple entry points throughout the year.
Working closely with key stakeholders, you'll assist in the coordination of events and manage logistical details that make students' university journeys more engaging and supportive.
From preparing data reports to assisting with resource coordination, your contributions will ensure these initiatives run seamlessly, making a positive impact on student retention and success.

To be successful in this role, you will need: Interest in supporting orientation and engagement activities , with a commitment to enhancing the student experience.
Experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within student services, events, or customer service, with a strong focus on logistics.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills , allowing you to assist in the smooth coordination of events and initiatives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills , enabling you to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and key stakeholders.
Commitment to providing high-quality support , embodying values of integrity, respect, and teamwork.
Relevant qualifications or a combination of experience and training that prepares you to succeed in this role.
