Why Your Role Matters: We are seeking a psychologist to work within a small team, providing counselling and support to UNSW Canberra students. The Psychology and Wellness Canberra team plays a key role in supporting students' mental health and general wellbeing throughout their time at UNSW.
Who You Are (skills and experience): Experience in delivering short to medium length evidence-based psychological interventionsWell-developed clinical skillsFull registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a psychologistRelevant tertiary qualificationDesirable but not mandatory: Experience working with young people aged 17-25 years and/orFamiliarity with issues facing University students and/or members of the Australian Defence ForceBenefits and Culture: UNSW is committed to helping staff balance work-life responsibilities by providing access to high-quality services, facilities, and flexible work and leave arrangements.
