In this role, you will have the chance to develop and implement communication campaigns that are tailored to the diverse needs of our student community. If you are passionate about making a difference and have experience in effective communication strategies, we would love to have you on board.For more information, please visit us online Student ServicesYou willdevelop effective, relevant and timely student communications that support student conversion, transition, retention and success;provide advice and support to clients at all levels to develop, implement and review communication campaigns;contribute to the planning and delivery of a university-wide approach to the Orientation, transition program as well as supporting various student events; andidentify opportunities to continuously improve and streamline processes.About youYou have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a proven ability to write engaging on-brand content. You are experienced in supporting the coordination of high-quality, engaging, and interactive events, using a variety of delivery models and digital platforms. Your expertise in relationship management and customer service is apparent in your capacity to engage with stakeholders across all levels.You will possess:completion of a relevant degree in communications, marketing or projects or an equivalent combination of education and experience;experience in professional communications, specialising in writing and editing engaging, on-brand content to effectively communicate with different audiences;excellent digital literacy and understanding of web accessibility, including experience using CRM, email marketing and CMS systems, Microsoft Office 365 suite and social media platforms; andexcellent time and workload management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise effectively, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.UniSC is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
