This is a full-time fixed-term position through to September 2025 with salary in the range $89,861.38 - $96,402.32 (HEW 6), plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%.

About This OpportunityStudent Central serves as a vital hub for students at the University, offering essential information and support in a welcoming environment.
This busy and dynamic space provides a range of services, including student ID card production and hosts various student engagement events.
As the Student Central Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of Student Central by leading and developing a high-performing team, enhancing service delivery, and fostering a positive student experience.
You will be responsible for recruiting, training, supporting staff, managing information resources, and collaborating with key stakeholders to continuously improve service quality.
Key responsibilities will include:
Service Coordination and Delivery: Oversee day-to-day operations at Student Central, coordinating services and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of casual staff, ensuring their effective performance and professional development.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Coordinate service provision with key stakeholders across the University.
Quality Assurance and Improvement: Monitor student feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement.
About YouRelevant experience in customer service and service delivery, preferably in a tertiary education environment.
Understanding of university processes, services, and systems, or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.
Ability to lead a team, develop a positive workplace culture, and deliver high standards of service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment, and may be required to complete background checks including, criminal history and education checks.
Employer sponsored work rights are not available for this appointment.
