About the Role: The Student and Academic Services Officer is responsible for providing high quality administrative and services support within the College/Campus across a broad range of academic and student services and administrative functions.
The position acknowledges the interdependence of student and academic related matters, the importance of front counter student facing activities and back office administration.
The designation of particular activities will be subject to individual College/Campus requirements and may change over time.
The person we seek will ideally have the following: A degree Work experience in higher education, in a commercial setting Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deal with competing priorities Excellent attention to detail, including proofreading and editing skills Demonstrated ability to relate well to students and professionals Ability to independently resolve routine problems and issues Sense of responsibility and commitment to education IT literacy (e.g.
