You'll have the opportunity to provide strategic planning and direction for student services within Partnership Programs, contributing to the enhancement of the overall student experience. Full-time appointment on a fixed term basis until 31/12/2024. Base salary range (Level 7): $ 95,737– $ 106,223p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation. About the area The Division of Student Life sits within the UWA Education Portfolio, overseen by the Deputy Vice Chancellor of Education. Student Life plays an integral role in the shared strategic goal of providing a world-class student experience.
The Division has five core functions, Student Administration, Student Offices, International Student Experience and Global Learning, Student Equity and Success, and Student Wellbeing and Engagement. The scope of services centre on the student journey, from the provision of student programs and activities that support and promote access to UWA, to student enrolment, course planning, transition, and progression through the lifecycle of study to graduation. The Division is also responsible for the delivery of services that promote academic success and support wellbeing and engagement for an enhanced student experience. Student Life works closely with the Student Guild, affiliated residential colleges and the wider UWA Education portfolio.
A key function within Student Life is the Student Administration team, who deliver core administrative functions, directly or in partnership with teams across the University at all stages of the student journey specifically; Fees and Enrolment, Scholarships and Exams, Progression & Graduation.
About the opportunity You will provide senior administrative strategic planning and direction for the provision of a consistent, transparent, and high-quality student service to Partnership Programs. You will use expertise and judgement to independently analyse and solve problems, provide informed advice, and provide senior administrative and executive support to Third-Party Providers and other areas of the University. You will work across the teams within Student Administration to provide an elevated level of specialist support, assistance, and guidance to students in Partnership Programs. You will foster connections across Student Administration to enhance the quality of support across programmes and the implementation of best practices. 
About you Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent competency Extensive senior administrative experience at an appropriate level Demonstrated extensive experience with the administration of courses that involve external Partners or third parties Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional student experience and customer service Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures for the administration of personnel, financial and student activities To learn more about this opportunity, please contact Cassy Allum on (08) 6488 3916 or at
