Key responsibilities include:
Setting up timetables Liaising with students and trainers about assessments and timetablesProcessing credit transfer and study plansAssisting in setting up Learning Management System (Moodle)Updating student and trainer recordsData entryAssisting students with requests/general enquiries (walk- in, email and zendesk)Carrying out other administrative duties as requiredTo be successful, you will have: Strong attention to detailStrong time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentProficiency in computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Teams), Google Suite and relevant industry software and programsAbility to multi-task and work effectively under pressureStrong problem-solving skills and customer service skillsWorking with Children Check (WWCC)Demonstrated previous work experience in an administrative role in a team-based service environmentIf this sounds like you, we invite you to apply now! Remuneration: In accordance with the Education Services (Post- Secondary Education) Award 2010, starting from Level 2.1 ($53,882.95 plus super), depending on experience and qualifications.
