In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient, safe and customer friendly management of the property, whilst contributing to ACU's Living and Learning Community. As a Student Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative and operational activities of the accommodation in a manner that is aligned with the University's mission and the Living and Learning Communities strategy. You will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, landlords and suppliers and support the administration of residential support programs, including processing contracts and invoices. You will also assist in the promotion of residential accommodation to potential students on campus and at regional school expos.
