We're seeking a motivated Leading Hand who can work with a team across various structure and bridge projects around Perth and Regional WA.
A hands-on position with an experienced team, providing opportunities to upskill.

Responsibilities: Experience on a construction site Be able to work independently, as well as being a team player Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings Self-motivated with ability to communicate well with contractor and team Commitment to OSH White card Australian Drivers Licence Willingness to participate in and learn all aspects of timber, concrete bridge and reinforced concrete construction.
Flexibility with working in Perth and Regional WA when required Previous experience with formwork & concrete Ability to handle a diverse range of power and hand tools, such as grinders, hammers, drills, and more.
Pass a medical Desired but not essential: Excavator, Skid Steer Loader, EWP, Chain Saw Ticket, Working at Heights, CN ticket, Dogman, HR ticket Ability to weld Traffic Management Accreditation – BWTM & TC preferred Experience working on Timber Bridges Benefits:
