What You Need Tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management or a relevant trade 3+ years of full-time work experience in a similar role within the construction industry Confident with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project Experience to include civil, structural and industrial building projects Specialist within the public infrastructure sectors of civil, structural and/or industrial building Additional exposure to Water/Wastewater and Marine projects is an advantage Willing to travel, work away and/or remotely, if required Ability to work autonomously and develop task lists to maintain project progression and deadlines Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn Supportive, relatable, adaptable, reliable Driven for career progression Australian Driver's License (Open C preferred) Commitment, energy and drive Embrace our Core Values to be Respectful, Patient, Flexible, Accountable and Focused Working With Pensar We believe that maintaining a healthy and happy team is key to creating better outcomes in our work.
