We are seeking a Structural Modeller (Structural Draftsperson) located in Albany to work with a small local team.
This role includes working with the broader regional team on projects locally and nationally. Responsibilities include: Preparing sketches, charts, tabulations, plans and designs for civil engineering works such as drainage, bridges and other structures Interpreting work assignment instructions, applying appropriate procedures Collecting and analysing data, and carrying out computations Ensuring finished works are within specifications, regulations and contract provisions Inspecting engineering works This is a full-time position and requires a self-motivated, team orientated individual, capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key skills and experience we are looking for include: Relevant industry experience, ideally 5+ years' Proficiency in using Revit.
A sound knowledge of construction methods and health and safety regulations.
Strong design capabilities and knowledge of Australian Standards and Codes and local government authorities.
Experience within a consultancy environment will be highly regarded Ability to work within a fast paced, dynamic team environment. TAFE qualification - Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree or similar equivalent industry experience.
