This role will see you enhance your capabilities and the reputation of WSP's Sustaining Capital - Mining team. You will collaborate with talented professionals working on iconic projects to drive future-ready outcomes that will benefit clients and communities.
What you'll do: Conduct structural integrity inspection for existing mining infrastructure including concrete and steel works.Prepare quality conditional assessment reports.Structural engineering analysis and design when required.Comply with all role-specific SHEQ obligations.Develop ability to apply safety in design to all projects.Prepare technical reports on small to medium projects.About you: Bachelor of civil or structural engineeringFundamental structural engineering knowledgeMUST have Australian industrial experienceExperience in mining sector will be highly desirableFamiliar with relevant Australian Standards and industrial practiceDemonstrated experience in structural assessment and determining the failure mechanismDemonstrated experience in task planning and time managementDeveloped knowledge for risk identification & assessmentStrong communication and report writing skillsResult-driven and able to work independentlyAdelaide based and travel required to meet projects' needsWith us, you can.
