Work closely with the company director to deliver high quality engineering. Are you a professionally qualified civil/structural engineer seeking to work in a smaller consultancy with a great team-oriented workplace culture? Our client is a boutique engineering consultancy providing engineering services specialising in bulk material handling for a diverse range of industries. To support business growth, they are seeking to appoint structural engineers potentially in working level, senior and management roles.

Generous salary, super, vehicle, bonus, plus 4 weekly flexible days off are all on the table depending on your experience and the role you take up.
Your Role Provide structural engineering design using leading technology of steel and concrete structures including foundations Inspect, appraise and report on industry assets and structures Manage engineering projects including the supervision of drafting subcontractors Foster client relationships for mutual benefit Mentor and support engineering graduates and other team members About You Minimum Bachelor of Engineering degree qualification in civil engineering with postgraduate qualifications in structural engineering highly regarded At least 3 years post-graduation experience working in an engineering role involving design of steel structures and foundations, in Australia for the junior role Excellent and demonstrated communication skills Ability to travel locally and interstate Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter A professional that thrives working in a team environment This is a brilliant career development opportunity for structural engineers who are seeking a role where they can thrive as part of a small team.
