We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join a market leader in polycarbonate solutions, playing a pivotal role in shaping and designing iconic structures for a broad range of clients.

What You'll Do: Based out of their national head office in Western Sydney, you will jump into a newly created role and play a key role in the organisation's continual growth.
Key activities will be to:
Design and analyse a wide range of architectural structures, from standard to bespoke solutions.Perform structural analysis across diverse projects.Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.Support and guide the sales and estimating teams in producing high-quality tender and construction documentation.Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to safely deliver projects to a high quality.Mentor team members, contribute to their growth, and provide technical advice and training, including on-site support when necessary.Play a key role in reviewing, developing, and implementing technical documents and quality assurance procedures.About You: This is a great opportunity for either an experienced leader or an engineer looking to take the next career step into a leadership position.
You will also have:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in structural engineering and design, ideally in the cladding industry, including facades, curtain walls, louvres, etc.Professional Engineering with Engineers Australia; CPEng or RPEQ is a plus.Proficiency in CAD and structural analysis software such as Strand7 (or similar).Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a collaborative approach to teamwork.The role offers a good remuneration package consisting of base + super + vehicle + profit share.
