Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver high-quality structural solutions for residential projects, including single dwellings, multi-residential developments, and complex custom designsCollaborate with architects and other engineering teams to ensure designs are structurally sound, practical, and cost-effectiveConduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate structural integrity and ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulationsProvide technical support and guidance throughout the design, development, and construction phasesManage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that all milestones are metContribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and innovation within the companyWhat We're Looking For: A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)3+ years in structural engineering, particularly in the residential sectorStrong understanding of Australian building codes, standards, and regulationsProficiency in structural design softwareExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teamsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Us?
