Structural Engineer – Precast Concrete Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer with expertise in precast concrete products to lead the establishment and operation of a precast concrete factory.
If you are passionate about delivering excellence in structural engineering and have hands-on experience with precast concrete manufacturing, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Factory Setup:- Lead the establishment of a new precast concrete manufacturing facility, including layout design, equipment selection, and factory commissioning.- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and safety regulations during setup.Product Development:- Design and optimize precast concrete products, ensuring they meet project specifications and industry standards.- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to develop innovative precast concrete solutions.Manufacturing Operations:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the precast factory, ensuring efficient production processes and quality control.- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to achieve high precision and cost-effectiveness.- Train and manage factory staff on production techniques, quality assurance, and safety protocols.Project Management:- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet production and delivery targets.- Coordinate with the construction team to ensure timely supply of precast elements.Quality Assurance:- Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of precast concrete products.- Monitor and evaluate the performance of materials and finished products.Key Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).- Member of Institution of Engineers Australia with NER certificate.- Minimum 5+ years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on precast concrete products.- Proven expertise in setting up and operating a precast concrete manufacturing facility.- Strong knowledge of precast concrete design, production, and installation processes.- Proficient in structural analysis and design software (e.g.
AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, etc.
