Bureau Veritas in Australia is an organization of over 180 engineers and skilled technicians, expert in the provision of all aspects of quality controlled inspection, risk based assessment testing, condition monitoring and asset management of plant and equipment.
About the Role:An opportunity exists for and experienced Structural Engineer to join our Team in the Singleton region.
You will be responsible for performing site based structural inspections, analysis of static and dynamic machinery, assessing and reporting on damage / corrosion, as well as reviewing and approving remedial scopes of work.
You also will liaise directly with clients on technical and commercial matters.
He/She will work closely with Bureau Veritas's key clients on the East Coast – ranging from those in the mining and transport industry to OEM's, manufacturers and fabricators.
Required Experience: Engineering Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field of engineering Familiar with mining structures Preferred to have CPEng and RPEQ Based in Singleton or welling to relocate Have valid working visa The benefits:We offer a competitive salary package and an opportunity to advance your career in a leading global organisation, as well as: ?
