What you'll do As a Structural Engineer you will: * Support timely and quality of delivery for project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical and regulatory standards; * Establishing effective stakeholder relationships internally with colleagues and senior members of the business; * Have the opportunity to act as Project Lead on small projects; * Support senior engineers and project leaders with quality structural engineering solutions; * Embody enthusiasm to work as part of a collaborative, national team within a multidisciplinary design setting. About you The successful candidate we are looking for will have: * Bachelor to Master level degree in Engineering (Civil/ Structural Engineering); * Passionate about Structural Engineering with a desire for excellence in design * Typically 2 to 3+ years' experience on large Australian building structures engineering projects; * Exposure across a range of building sectors, e.g., transport, health, commercial, defence; * Track record of collaborating effectively with colleagues intra/cross-discipline on projects; * Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills; * Proficiency with SPACEGASS, ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept * Familiarity with BIM, NavisWorks and Revit Structure (advantageous) About WSP WSP is one of the world's leading engineering professional services consulting firms, bringing together approximately 6,000 talented people across 14 offices in Australia.
