As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Sr Project Manager - Telecom and be responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing structural solutions for telecommunication and related structures. Your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering innovative and effective engineering solutions.
Responsibilities Conduct detailed structural analysis utilizing industry-standard software and tools. Develop and review engineering calculations, structural drawings, and specifications. Identify design requirements, conduct design reviews, and implement telecommunications civil infrastructure. Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Perform site inspections and assessments to evaluate structural conditions and offer recommendations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create site-specific design solutions. Manage project timelines, resources, and reporting tools effectively. Stay informed about the latest advancements in structural engineering and trends in the telecommunications industry. About You Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. At least 1 year of experience in structural engineering, specifically in telecom infrastructure. Strong communication skills to effectively discuss design options with team members, designers, and construction personnel. In-depth knowledge of relevant codes and Australian standards. Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. Experience in project management and leadership roles. Job Type: Full-time
