This role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of projects, spanning buildings (all types), industrial facilities, heavy industrial projects, process facilities, and defense.You'll experience career development within a robust learning culture that fosters professional and technical growth. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Gold Coast office.In this role, under the guidance of the Structural Manager, you will be tasked with:Undertake detailed analysis of various structural designs, including steel, concrete, and timber structuresWork collaboratively within project teams, including other engineers and draftersProvide construction phase servicesPerform investigative inspections and report writingUtilise various software packages for structural analysisReview and interpret project inputs, such as architectural and services documentation, surveys, and other client inputsMeet project timeframes and budgetsBe motivated in self-learning activitiesTake on some financial management responsibilitiesWhat you will need:Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil/Structural with advanced knowledge in structural engineering, or;Master of Engineering degree in Civil with advanced technical knowledge in structural engineeringAt least 2 years relevant work experienceExperience with reinforced concrete and post-tensioned concrete is advantageousAbility to meet deadlines and work within budgetsStrong team playerSound knowledge of relevant legal requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated progress towards Chartered Status is advantageousExperience in project delivery within South AustraliaA competitive salary based on the level of experience will be offered.
