About the Role: Concentis is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering structural remediation projects safely, on time, and within budget, while ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
This position requires technical expertise, project coordination, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
As part of the client-side team, you will work closely with the Project Manager to plan and execute remediation and defect works on the current portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical input in the planning, design, and execution of project scopes. Collaborate with engineering teams and consultants to meet project specifications. Assist with project planning, cost forecasting, and resource allocation. Manage consultants and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of work packages. Review and approve engineering designs, recommending improvements where necessary. Ensure quality control, conduct audits, and verify compliance with standards. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, addressing technical queries. Oversee material procurement and evaluate supplier proposals. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring safety and adherence to company policies. Qualifications & Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering. Project management qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role. Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Experience working in remote, brownfield environments and managing multi-disciplinary projects. Strong experience with structural remediation projects. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across functional teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing and negotiating at all levels.
