About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Structural Draftsperson to join our team full-time.
You will work closely with our senior drafting manager and engineers to create detailed, high-quality structural documentation.
Your Responsibilities:
Create and coordinate detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD Collaborate with engineers to interpret sketches and ensure drawings meet design specifications.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage your time effectively to deliver high-quality drawings within project timelines.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications: Engineering Diploma or relevant certificates in structural/civil engineering (preferred but not required).
Experience: Practical drafting experience in a structural design engineering consultancy.
Skills: Proficiency with AutoCAD, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Attributes: Self-motivation, accountability, and the ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
