STRONG Pilates Modbury is hiring! We are looking for world class fitness professionals to join our STRONG Team and complete the STRONG Academy in February 2025. We are seeking enthusiastic instructors to join our Modbury studio. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to be part of a new and innovative concept, a fitness role like no other!
Responsibilities: STRONG Classes Deliver STRONG Pilates classes based on set rosterGive clients personal attention during class, ensure that your cueing is clear, precise and easy to follow, ensure clients are using correct form at all timesKnow client's injuries before class so that you can modify where need beInspire and promote an energetic environmentBalance teaching, changing lights and music during class all while staying on top of your timing and programming for the day. Ensure each client has appropriate dress code and is familiarised with the Rowformer and Bikeformer prior to classFlexible schedule required to work weekdays (mornings and evenings), and rotating weekends. Community Proudly represent your STRONG studio at all timesWelcome clients by nameAlways know when it's a client's first classEnthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clientsAbility to develop STRONG relationships with clientsContinue to build the community culture of STRONGAssist in the sale of memberships, merchandise and other offeringsStudio Maintain upkeep of the studio in-between classes including cleanliness, Rowformers, Bikeformers, and bathroomsAssist with washing/soaking of eucalyptus towels when requested by managerTake pride in the studio like it is your ownAdmin Capable of handling client interactions from walk in's, phone and email where neededAssist in generating and converting membership salesShow leadership and initiative and be a leader for your team.Skills & Experience: Ability to multitask Excellent presentation & verbal skillsWillingness to work flexible hoursAbility to motivate clientsEnthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clientsAbility to develop STRONG relationships with clientsSelf-motivated and goal orientedPassion, enthusiasm & genuine motivation towards wanting to improve the lives of othersExcellent attention to detailKnowledgeable with anatomy and physiology of the bodyOngoing training provided by STRONG AcademyQualifications STRONG Academy qualified - STRONG academy is provided for successful applicants Pilates Certification preferredCert III or lV in Fitness Pilates Instructor experience preferredCulture & Benefits: Opportunity for future growth within our studio/network of studios throughout Australia.
