Career Opportunities: Strategy Specialist (10088)Requisition ID 10088 - Posted - Maria St Admin2 Band 5 – base salary from $117,700 per annum (plus super) – total package to be negotiated with preferred candidate based on skills and experience The Strategy Specialist at TasNetworks is a great opportunity for a dynamic, forward-thinking strategist to contribute to and support the overall strategic planning program.
In this exciting, interactive role, you will research and analyze the operating environment to provide high-quality insights and recommendations to support the successful delivery of the company strategy.
You will partner with designated stakeholders to help turn the company strategy into tangible business delivery plans.
You will also play a key role in the preparation and delivery of Board and Executive strategic workshops, periodic performance reporting, and the development of the annual corporate plan.
About youAbove all, you will demonstrate an ability to deliver results while building credible business partnerships across your portfolio.
Your ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence effectively across a range of stakeholders is demonstrated by your success in aligning business plans with the company strategy.
You are comfortable challenging the status quo and having influencing conversations across the business.
You remain at the forefront of operational environments, drawing upon this knowledge and business performance data to develop and inform company strategy.
You hold tertiary qualifications such as Business/Commerce/Economics, have an MBA, or have significant experience in a similar role.
Working within a dynamic, complex environment, you utilize your organizational and time management skills to prioritize and complete competing priorities, consistently driving respectful change processes.
Previous experience in utilities/energy would be beneficial (but not essential), and we also welcome applications from consultants looking to make a change and/or candidates with a strong history in commercial or strategy.
