The Strategy, Policy, and Governance Coordinator 3 position is a 3-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years; however, your teaching position will be full-time and permanent.
The Strategy, Policy and Governance Coordinator is a member of the College Leadership Team who assists and supports the Principal in their role as the main leader of the school community.
The successful applicant has specific responsibility for a diverse range of administrative tasks that ensure the smooth and professional operation of the College.
The Strategy, Policy and Governance Coordinator provides key professional support to the Principal in their leadership, by contributing to the effective operation of the College within the following key accountability areas: Policy Management, Compliance Management, COMPASS Administration and Risk Management.

As a Strategy, Policy and Governance Coordinator 3, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.
To excel in this role, you will be able to:
commit to Catholic Education with a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support the faith formation of studentseffectively prepare logistics for and organise large-scale/whole school events and Projectsmonitor the College's compliance with legal and statutory requirements, e.g.
NESA, New Scheme Teachers, Work, Health and Safetylead stakeholder capacity building (staff, students, broader school community)show a high level of skill in the use of Compasshave knowledge of the Financial modules within the Ci Anywhere Financial Management Systemdemonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively manage staff, students and parentsdemonstrate a high level of organisational skillsbe flexible, adaptable and balance demands on timeprepare materials for compliance checks, audits and reports for Sydney Catholic Schools, NESA and CSNSWdevelop and manage a planned program of review and maintenance of policies and procedures including the establishment of new policies where needs ariseestablish and maintain effective lines of communication and follow-up processes to keep the Executive, colleagues, parents and students appropriately informedoversee whole school events e.g., semester and end of year Award Ceremonies.Desirable Criteria:
