Career Opportunities: Strategy Lead (14139) Requisition ID  14139  - Posted -  Strategy and Performance  -  Job Function (1)  -  Tenure Status (1)  -  Employment Status (1) About our opportunity We have an opportunity for a Strategy Lead to drive the delivery of a strategy framework across the organisation, to ensure the City of Boroondara is positioned to achieve the objectives of Council and the Boroondara Community Plan (BCP). You will create and deliver quality strategic templates and processes and communicate these across our departments to ensure that our strategies and policies support the achievement of our corporate objectives. You will assist in the review and quality assurance of corporate documents and when required provide recommendations to departments to ensure alignment with relevant frameworks. You are an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills. You have extensive expertise in driving the development, execution, reporting and evaluation of organisational strategies. Your ability to coach and guide departments in strategy development and frameworks is critical to the success of this role. You draw upon your strategic thinking and problem solving skills to support your team and add value when working toward a common goal. About You You are a great communicator. You enjoy working as part of a collaborative, solutions focused team. Well versed in building relationships with non-technical stakeholders. You have strong attention to detail but can still see the big picture. You want to work for an organisation that provides real benefits to the community. You have demonstratedexpertise in driving the development, execution, reporting and evaluation of organisational strategies.
