Responsibilities Provide expertise and leadership in the application of the Agency Planning Process and tools.A passion for developing and executing amazing strategic work that delivers business results for your client and those of your direct reports.Full understanding and comprehension of the client brief and ability to discuss it internally with the teams and with senior leadership.Support the team using the suite of tools to aid planning.Lead the use of agency & industry tools/resources to develop target audience, brand, competitive opportunities.Provide direction and advanced knowledge sharing of media planning principles (e.g., scheduling, flighting, recency, effective reach theories, seasonality, market prioritisation, roles of all communication channels) across multiple clients.Identify and sell through incremental opportunities that drive both the Agency and Clients' business.Create and lead end-to-end presentations with peers and clients.Lead strategic thinking in new business opportunity development.Skills & Experience Advanced knowledge and skills within Strategy Consulting with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.Ideally requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.Relevant qualification in Media or Strategy.Experience leading Media Projects.Working at Wavemaker Inclusive policies Flexible work environment.Inclusive parental leave policy that supports all parents and carers throughout their parenting and caring journey.Discounts and corporate benefits.Continuous training and development opportunities.Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don't apply for roles if they don't meet all the criteria.
