The Role The primary responsibility of the Strategy & Commercial Analyst is supporting the strategic and commercial agenda of the business, including supporting the development of Oroton's short and long-term strategic growth plans.
This role will support the Head of Strategy & Commercial Growth and will partner with key stakeholders across the whole Oroton business.
You will also be required to support the Commercial Finance team on specific projects and initiatives.
You will be responsible for diving into data, uncovering insights and contributing to the preparation of Board papers and reporting, as well as communicating progress against key deliverables and milestones to the Executive team and across the wider Oroton business.
Key Responsibilities Project work and business problem solving activities to support more efficient and profitable business activities Business modelling activities to support future state decision making and analysis of future opportunities Use Oroton's data and external data sources to improve our understanding of our customers and markets to find opportunities and risks that may have a significant impact on the business Inject strategic and innovative thinking to key retail / business challenges, structuring problems and defining plans of action to solve them KPI reporting across various business units and analysis/insights shared with stakeholders You will support your fellow team members, including members of the Commercial Finance team, by providing high levels of service and support There will also be requirements to work across other strategic priorities as the business evolves, in consultation with and at the direction of the Head of Strategy & Commercial Growth - this role has very broad horizons!
What we are looking for: We are looking for a self-driven and engaged individual who is eager to contribute to the business needs as they continue to grow and evolve.
