As the Strategy Associate you will be an essential contributor on strategic and analytical activities that support the objectives of the Strategy function while building stakeholder relationships to assist in influencing solutions.
What you'll do Provide support to the team to work with Executives to design and plan our long-term Group strategy, including the identification, sizing, and prioritisation of the initiatives Work with the divisions to lead and support the definition of divisional strategies, strategic initiatives, and cascading of accountability for their delivery Support the execution of annual business planning and quarterly business review processes Contribute to the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives and strategy reviews including analysis, identification of issues, option modelling, recommendations and presentations Conduct high quality market analysis and produce insight reporting for the Executive team and the Board About You You are a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, bringing previous experience in strategy development or analysis. Your analytical skills enable you to confidently create reports and present findings to a range of audiences.
With strong problem-solving abilities and a natural curiosity, you engage and influence stakeholders throughout the planning and delivery process while your exceptional communication skills foster collaboration and drive successful outcomes.
