The purpose of the Strategy Execution team is to drive the execution of the organisation's strategic vision by supporting the development of comprehensive plans, providing actionable insights, ensuring effective delivery of strategic initiatives, and optimising resources allocation to deliver short, medium and long-term outcomes.
About the Role As a Strategy Associate, you'll play a key role in driving our organisation's strategic and transformational initiatives.
This role will be highly visible to senior stakeholders across the organisation and provide an exciting opportunity to work on a multitude of energy transition challenges.
You'll take charge of leading specific projects and supporting major cross-company programs, working closely with stakeholders to tackle complex challenges and shape our strategic direction.

Problem definition and structuring: Engage with stakeholders across the business and team members to clearly articulate and define the core issues and strategic objectives of the project or initiative. Complex analysis: Execute in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover root causes, evaluate potential impacts, and explore strategic options. Synthesis of findings and recommendations: Develop coherent and actionable recommendations based on the synthesised data to address project objectives. Presentation and communication: Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations, highlighting findings, strategic recommendations, and action plans. Market Intelligence: Monitor the external environment and macro trends and generate insights on Competitors, Technologies, International markets, Regulation, and other relevant factors. How can you support us in the Clean Energy Transition? We anticipate the successful candidate will have a genuine interest in the clean energy transition and bring:
6+ years experience in strategy, transformation or M&A project work with a top-tier consultancy, investment bank, or equivalent corporate functions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and synthesis. Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with a talent for distilling complex information into actionable insights. Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive consensus among diverse teams. Effective planning and organising skills to effectively prioritise and meet designated timeframes, ensuring work priorities are completed on time. Pro-active mindset and willingness to take end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks and work packages. Previous exposure to the energy sector will be highly regarded.
