In addition to consumer payment technologies, the Payments team also powers the money movement between Google and its consumers and businesses.ResponsibilitiesLead annual strategic planning including defining organization priorities and objectives and key results and ensure resources are deployed to initiatives.Craft compelling strategic narratives for the organization. Drive overall communication plan to bring the organization/team and cross-product area partners along.Collaborate cross-functionally to drive key business cadence (e.g., QBRs, OKR reviews, etc.), executive meetings and leadership offsites.Manage and help leadership prioritize resources effectively to enable success business outcome.Connect across the organization to multiply and help make the organization/leadership team more effective.
