Your New Role! We're offering an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in strategy and insights. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy and Insights, this entry-level position within Murdoch University's Strategy and Insights team provides hands-on experience in evaluating the effects of government policies and economic trends on the University's operations.
With supportive guidance, you'll play a key role in strategic planning, contributing to initiatives that enhance the student experience and improve satisfaction. Your work will help shape strategies to align with the University's Key Performance Indicators, focusing on student engagement and satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative ideas that enhance the student experience and support student-focused initiatives.Assist in organising workshops and focus groups to collect feedback from students, faculty and staff.Help design a student insights framework that aligns with key stages of the student journey.What We Offer You! This Fixed Term (12 Months) | Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $75K – $84K plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.
