You will be required to undertake the following Services:
Deliver Enterprise and Business Architecture knowledge and expertise and exercise professional engineering judgement in the development and delivery of the Minors program;Lead or contribute to the development of User/Business and System requirements documentation across the work program;Ensure conformance to the standard templates, processes and procedures required to deliver the requirements in each specific phase on requirements definition – contribute to definition of needs for stakeholder approval (through production of user scenarios, user requirements, benefits analysis, glossary) and Gate 0/1 functional and non-functional artefacts;Lead or contribute to the analysis of detailed business requirements which may include problems, opportunities, initial solution design and capture, planning activities, financial modelling and cost analysis;Capture and document User/Business requirements and needs of the Users, Support and Sustainment community stakeholders, Defence Capability Managers and Capability Development sponsors in support of the program;Lead or contribute on updates to Coalition Services Integration services catalogue, particularly in the production of user scenarios, user/business requirements and system/technical requirements;Work with the relevant intra-organisation SMEs to ensure compliance with organisation requirements;Work with the relevant multinational to ensure compliance with organisation requirements;Utilise the DMRI SharePoint Task Tracker and other business tracking functions as directed by the management team;Provide SME inputs into Program reporting requirements as applicable.
