Our team optimises the customer experience using analytics to inform and assess our strategies and helps implement these strategies into automated decisioning systems.See yourself in our TeamWithin the Credit Risk and CommAssets Crew we have a range of opportunities available, with roles in credit risk strategy squads that focus on Personal Lending or Buy-Now Pay-Later (StepPay) products. You will report to the Product and Solutions Chapter Lead and be an integrated member of your squad on a daily basis.On a day-to-day basis you will:Support the development of credit risk strategies, including but not limited to, data driven business rule changes, using models to set optimised profit decisions, updates to servicing and verification rules, and deep dives into strategy performance and outcomes.Work collaboratively with technical teams to provide and clarify requirements, test and implement strategies into automated decisioning systems.Embrace a continuous improvement mindset, and seek to find ways to standardise, simplify and automate business processes.Perform deep dives into the retail lending portfolios by harnessing world-class data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership and influence the Bank's strategic direction.We're interested in hearing from people who are:Inquisitive and happy exploring data, making discoveries and understanding their implications, using tools such as SQL, R, Teradata, or Python.Delighted by analysing data to support decision making process.Great communicators who can explain their recommendations to management and stakeholders.Committed to delivering on promises and doing what is right.A strong and enthusiastic team-player who works with others to get things done.If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
