Strategy Analyst

THE ROLEWe are looking for a Strategy Analyst to drive our business-wide strategy, lead our strategic initiatives and work closely with our two co-founders.Strategy: As Wollemi continues to rapidly scale you will work directly with our Managing Directors to develop, drive and track our business strategyStrategic initiatives: We are unapologetically ambitious about the type of company we are building. You will play a core role in initiating, contributing to and leading company-wide strategic corporate initiativesQUALIFICATIONS~5 years of experience at a top tier strategy consulting firm. A degree of comfort with investment/ private equity is preferred but not requiredPassion for climate and sustainability, and for the businesses that are developing innovative decarbonization solutions Strong sense of ownership and confidence in working independently with little guidanceStrong emotional intelligence, communication and stakeholder management skillsAction-oriented, highly organized and able to prioritize, introduce structure, and drive processes to clear outcomesComfort with switching between topics quickly.
