Drive Strategy for Defence Workforce Transformation
Are you an experienced Strategic Writer with a background in workforce transformation and Defence projects?
Join the Land C4 Capability Review Team (CCR) as a Strategic Writer, where your expertise in developing strategic reports will support the evolution of the Army's LC4 Workforce to meet 2030 objectives.

In this role, you'll develop critical workforce documents, including the Concept of Employment and Workforce Reports, which will guide Army's organisational and policy strategies.

Your strategic insights will be essential in aligning Army's workforce needs with industry standards and Defence's future objectives.

Your Responsibilities :
Develop Strategic Documents: Lead the development of the Concept of Employment and Workforce Reports to articulate the 2030 vision for Army's LC4 Workforce.
Conduct Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Defence stakeholders to gather insights, integrate strategic goals, and ensure alignment across all workforce documents.
Align with Defence Objectives: Ensure all workforce reports are consistent with Army's objectives and broader Defence policies.
Validate and Review: Review strategic documents for accuracy, alignment with Defence's goals, and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
Facilitate Workshops: Host workshops to gather feedback and ensure documents meet the needs of stakeholders and the Land C4 Program.
About You :
You are an experienced writer with at least 7 years of experience in developing strategic documents for workforce transformation or Defence projects.

Your ability to work in an agile environment and deliver high-quality reports will support the success of Army's LC4 initiatives.

Must-Have :
Demonstrated experience in authoring strategic documents, especially within Defence or workforce transformation projects.
Proven stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
Highly Desirable :
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
Experience working within the Defence environment and understanding of workforce transformation.
