About Your OpportunityThe Manager Workplace Relations and Business Partnering role will lead a team of Employee Relations and HR Partners to develop and implement HR/IR strategies, programs, and projects that drive improved business performance, workforce compliance, and enhanced employee experience.
This role involves two integrated streams: leading a multidisciplinary team across workplace relations activity and driving the P&C business partnering function to a new level of sophistication. You will work closely with the Centres of Excellence to deliver exceptional support across human capital management, performance management, leadership, culture, and talent management.
