Job Title: Principal HR Consultant - Talent Acquisition and RecruitmentQueensland Treasury is seeking a highly skilled Principal HR Consultant to lead the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with the Strategic Workforce Plan.Provide expert advice on talent acquisition and recruitment matters, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.Lead and supervise a team of Senior HR Advisors, providing guidance and support to deliver high-quality recruitment services.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and employees.Research and present authoritative reports on HR trends and best practices.Stay up-to-date with emerging issues and provide expert technical advice to inform business decisions.Requirements:Comprehensive knowledge of HR and recruitment principles and practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives.Thought leadership and ability to identify emerging issues and provide expert technical advice.Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.We are committed to building inclusive cultures in the Queensland public sector that respect and promote human rights and diversity.
