About Our Client Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans to support business objectives and meet customer demand. Analyze demand forecasts, sales trends, and market data to develop accurate production and procurement plans. Optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory while maintaining high service levels. Collaborate with procurement team to identify and qualify suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships. Work closely with production planning team to ensure alignment between production schedules and demand forecasts. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turns, fill rates, and on-time delivery to identify opportunities for improvement. Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive process improvements and cost savings within the supply chain. Job Description Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Proficiency in supply chain planning software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
