As our Strategic Purchasing Specialist , you will play a critical role in shaping and executing a progressive and commercially savvy sourcing and procurement strategy. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Planning and Procurement Manager, you will be instrumental in driving transformational change to our procurement initiatives that ensure supply chain practices are to industry-leading standards.
You will define, develop and implement the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Strategy, establish and maintain a governance framework for vendor pre-qualification, supplier onboarding, and sourcing in line with our policies, legislative requirements, and best practices.

Skills and experience
Demonstrated experience in procurement and supply chain management. Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent evaluation, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong relationship-building skills and passion for continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (desirable).
