About the Position: As a Strategic Projects Officer, you will: Coordinate strategic projects, enhance processes, and foster stakeholder collaboration to deliver sustainable outcomes for the clients community.
Plan, coordinate, and deliver key projects that align with community vision and council priorities.
Oversee procurement, stakeholder engagement, and project management to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Develop and implement tools that promote consistent project management practices across the organisation.
Support project leads and ensure adherence to the Project Management Framework.
Foster relationships with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities Include: Managing projects of various scales to support strategic goals.
Ensuring effective application of project management tools and frameworks.
Supporting project leads and promoting best practices across the organisation.
Engaging with stakeholders to align projects with community needs.
Developing policies and procedures to improve project delivery.
Skills and Experience Required: Qualifications in project management.
Experience in project administration and management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
Strong written skills and the ability to create procedures and policies.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
