THE ROLEStrategic Planning and Reporting Officer The Strategic Planning and Reporting Officer is a position in each Orange Door location. The position works closely with the Hub Manager and other staff to assist in the safe and effective delivery of services to Victorians seeking support through The Orange Door. The position has responsibility for performance monitoring, risk management, data analysis and strategic planning. The Strategic Planning and Reporting Officer is integral to the monitoring, evaluation and reporting of service delivery against the organisational goals and commitments of The Orange Door.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDEProvide direct support to the Hub Manager to deliver the objectives of The Orange Door.Provide authoritative, strategic advice and prepare reports and briefings to the Hub Manager, Family Safety Victoria, the Hub Leadership group, Operations groups, and external stakeholders in accordance with key reporting frameworks.Monitor and evaluate the actions and impact of The Orange Door against the strategic goals and plans of FSV, including:monitoring and analysing client experience/outcomes datamonitoring and reporting on key performance indicatorsmonitoring and reporting on high priority issues, risks and trendsmonitoring adherence to Operational Guidance, the Service Model and the Integrated Practice Framework to support statewide consistency.Please open the position description to read more.
