Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Bare is a venture-backed, direct-to-consumer startup disrupting one of Australia's longest standing institutions - the funeral industry.

In only four years, we've served more than 30,000 families, have become Australia's most awarded end-of-life provider (with awards in customer service, innovation, and digital disruption), and have built a team of more than 100 people committed to changing the way Australians deal with end-of-life. And we're just getting started.
So what is the role, exactly? We are looking for an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to magnify the impact and growth of Bare within Australia by engaging and building relationships and partnerships with key contacts across relevant industries. This includes, but is not limited to, healthcare and industry bodies.
Practically, your day-to-day would involve:
Quickly identify target organisations and bodies to partner with across various business projects and product lines.Build and manage relationships with these target partners.Execute partnership agreements with target partners, and then work to deliver, evaluate, and iterate on these.As a start-up in an ever-growing team, you may also support projects and campaigns outside of the above.
Ok, sounds great. Who are you looking for? We'd love you to have:
3+ years in a partnerships or business development roleDemonstrated a proven track record in the design, implementation, and management of partnership services, with a strong focus on driving value, improving outcomes, and fostering sustainable business and revenue growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking, negotiating, and collaborating with both senior stakeholders and external partners. Confident presenting to audiences of various sizes, both online and in person.Strong ability to develop and implement strategies to grow participation and use of resources, and to create compelling materials to support pitches and partnership conversations.Able to work well in a fast-paced environmentAn eagerness to learnMost importantly, we want someone who believes in our mission. Interstate travel may also be required for this role.

Location: Remote within Australia. Option of co-working space within Melbourne.
Salary range: $100k - $110k + super + bonus structure
