It offers crisis, mental health, and longer-term supported accommodation, as well as supporting many others via outreach services or through women using our onsite Women's Centre or Education and Employment Program. Catherine House is an unregistered NDIS service provider with an area of specialty in psychosocial disability, delivering a range of supports to clients living in our accommodation programs or in the community.

Job DescriptionThe Opportunity Join our dedicated team as a Strategic Partnership Specialist in a full-time 2-year fixed term contract. In this role you'll have the chance to make a real impact by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with organisations and individual donors ensuring value to both parties.
What you'll do Identify and secure new strategic partnerships that offer brand alignment, in-kind contributions, and revenue generating opportunities.Establish development plans for each corporate supporter, ensuring clear objectives.Manage the full lifecycle of new partnership development from prospecting, relationship development, pitching and presenting through to partnership agreements and ongoing management.Develop compelling proposals and communications for corporate supporters that are tailored to their interests and positively impact the work of Catherine House.Manage all aspects of event sponsorship, ensuring a high level of servicing and activation for current and new sponsors.Develop and implement meaningful relationship activities to ensure new and existing supporters feel connected and aware of their impact of giving.Together with the Fundraising, Events and Marketing Team coordinate corporate fundraising and volunteering opportunities.Maintain a high level of service that meets the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat you'll bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of partnership/stakeholder and relationship management.Experience in leading revenue strategies for a nonprofit organisation in Australia (desirable).Experience developing and managing partnerships resulting in deeper engagement and increased giving (desirable).Experience speaking and presenting to individuals, corporate organisations and the wider community.A positive attitude and great problem-solving skills.Comfortable relating to diverse audiences.Strong networking ability and entrepreneurial nous.Proven ability to effectively develop, nurture and maintain stakeholder relationships.Ability to engage confidently to motivate individuals to make a financial investment.Ability to objectively evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of cultivation strategies and to make appropriate adjustments.What we offer in return Make a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable clients, empowering them to achieve their goals and improve their well-being.Salary Packaging for living expenses, meal, and entertainment expenses.Please note that it is a minimum requirement of this position that all appointments are made subject to a satisfactory National Criminal History or Police Check conducted by Catherine House and the successful post holder to:
