We're looking for several strategic P&C Business Partners to support senior and executive leaders in achieving ambitious goals and driving transformation across this integrated business with a large national footprint. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in aligning strategy with action, fostering innovation, and building a workforce prepared for the future.
Key Responsibilities Drive business performance by aligning team purpose and strategy to organisational goals.Lead and embed change initiatives, including culture, inclusion, restructures, and M&A activities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.Build and nurture talent, promoting collaboration, impactful ways of working, and a high-performance culture.Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, translating business needs into actionable People & Culture solutions.Provide strategic insights on workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, and ways of working to ensure long-term success.Adapt and pivot strategies to address diverse business challenges, including value growth, cost reduction, and cultural transformation.About You A sophisticated and strategic P&C Business Partner, with the ability to drive cross functional alignment and change, underpinned by the enterprise strategy.Proven high impact people and culture leader with a reputation for unlocking the potential of a business through great people strategy and execution.Experience influencing senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, to drive meaningful outcomes.Breadth of P&C domain expertise combining the value of both generalist and specialist expertise.Demonstrated success in leading significant transformation programs and driving performance improvements.Strong understanding of business operations, financial drivers, and market dynamics to provide impactful advice.A collaborative, adaptable leader with a reputation for delivering results in fast-paced environments.This role is your chance to make a tangible impact, leading initiatives that align with bold aspirations to drive innovation and performance.
